By accessing Atumerce.com and purchasing our software (Indicators, Utilities, or Expert Advisors – EAs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or purchasing our products.

Intellectual Property Rights
All software, source code, and algorithms provided by Atumerce are the exclusive property of Atumerce.
- License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
- Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our software. Any unauthorized distribution will result in immediate license termination without refund.

Automated Trading & Execution (EAs)
Our Expert Advisors (EAs) are designed to execute trades automatically based on pre-defined mathematical algorithms. By using our EAs, you acknowledge that:
- User Control: You are solely responsible for activating the software, selecting the trading instruments, and configuring all risk parameters (e.g., lot size, stop loss, take profit).
- Execution Tool: The EA acts as a technical execution tool. It does not possess “intelligence” regarding your personal financial situation or risk tolerance.
- Account Access: Atumerce does not have access to your private trading accounts or funds. All execution happens locally on your terminal (MetaTrader).

No Investment Advice
Atumerce is a software provider, not a financial advisor.
- The software and educational materials provided are for technical analysis purposes only.
- Automated execution of trades does not constitute personalized investment advice. You agree that any trade executed by the software is done at your own risk and discretion.
5.
Purchase and Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products:
- All Sales are Final: We do not offer refunds once the software has been delivered or downloaded.
- Due Diligence: It is your responsibility to review product descriptions and videos before purchasing.
6.
Technical Risks & Liability
Atumerce is not liable for financial losses resulting from:
- Technical Failures: Internet outages, VPS crashes, or MetaTrader platform updates that may interfere with the EA’s performance.
- Execution Errors: Slippage, requotes, or broker-related execution delays.
- Limit of Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.
7.
Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time. We may terminate your license if any breach of these terms (such as piracy) is detected.
