By accessing Atumerce.com and acquiring our bespoke software suite (Indicators, Utilities, or Expert Advisors), you formally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Should these terms be unacceptable to you, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services or purchasing our products.
2.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

All software, source code, and bespoke algorithms provided by Atumerce remain the exclusive property of the firm.
  • License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for personal use.
  • Restrictions: The decompilation, reverse engineering, or unauthorised redistribution of our software is strictly prohibited. Any such breach will result in the immediate termination of your license without eligibility for a refund.

Algorithmic Trading & Execution

Our Expert Advisors (EAs) are engineered to execute trades based on sophisticated mathematical models. By deploying our EAs, you acknowledge that:
  • User Control: You maintain full responsibility for software activation, instrument selection, and the configuration of all risk parameters (e.g., position sizing, stop loss, take profit).
  • Execution Tool: The EA serves as a technical execution instrument; it does not account for your individual financial circumstances or risk tolerance.
  • Account Privacy: Atumerce holds no access to your private trading terminals or capital. All execution is conducted locally via your MetaTrader platform.

Atumerce operates as a premium software provider, not a financial consultancy.
All materials provided are intended for technical analysis and educational purposes only. Automated trade execution does not constitute personalised investment advice. Any market engagement is conducted entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Refund Policy & Asset Delivery

Given the digital nature of our assets, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds once the software has been delivered or downloaded. We encourage you to conduct thorough due diligence by reviewing our product demonstrations and descriptions prior to purchase.
6.

Technical Liability & Risk Mitigation

Atumerce shall not be held liable for financial losses arising from technical disruptions—such as VPS outages or platform updates—or execution errors including slippage and broker delays. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Amendments & License Termination

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue specific products at our discretion. Furthermore, we maintain the right to terminate your license immediately should any breach of these terms—including, but not limited to, software piracy—be identified.
